Mango Salsa

1 Mango, peeled, seeded, and cubed
2 tomatoes, diced
1 white onion
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/8 teas. salt
1/4 teas. lime juice
1 drop tasty-free
1 tspb. and 1 1/2 teas. water

Place the mango, tomato, onion, cilantro in a mixing bowl. stir in the garlic, lime juice, salt, and water. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. If you like another tasteyou can add pineapples, peaches and different colored peppers to the recipe.

Sauces

Creamy BBQ Sauce

1 tbsp. low carb barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. mayonaise
1 drop tasty-free, or to taste

Mix the barbecue sauce, mayonaise and tasty-free to taste. You can serve over hamburgers. I use KC Masterpiece Classic Blend Low Calorie.

Mustard Sauce

1 c.mayonaise
1/4 c.mustard
6 or 7 drops of tasty- free, to taste

Mix together, chill. Let rest 2 hours. Great sauce to dip chicken in.

Buttery Wing Sauce

1 stick butter
2 TBSP Red Devil Hot Sauce
1 TBSP Italian dressing
4 drops of tasty- free, or to taste

Melt butter in the microwave. Mix together, chill. Let rest 2 hours. Great sauce to dip chicken in. This recipe is a very mild dipping sauce.

Desserts

Whip Cream

16 oz. heavy whipping cream
8 drops tasty-free, or to taste
1/8 teas. vanilla

Blend until stiff peaks form. Great with coffee, strawberries, etc.

Drinks

Banana Smoothie

1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 c. yogurt
1/2 c. buttermilk
8 ice cubes
2 drops tasty-free, or to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add pineapple slices, strawberries, or other fruit if desired. Process until well-blended.
